About OMH Medical Group
The OMH Medical Group is the largest multi-specialty medical group in northern Michigan. It offers primary and specialty care to families across the Gaylord region. The medical group offers a wide range of services from pediatric care to urology, obstetrics to general surgery, and many specialty services in between.
As part of Otsego Memorial Hospital, the medical group’s doctors and advance practice professionals offer seamless patient care between our hospital and physician offices in Elmira, Gaylord, Indian River, and Lewiston.
