Our providers offer Well Health (Annual) Exams, obstetric & gynecology care, and coordinated care through Otsego Memorial Hospital for bone density scanning, digital mammography and utlrasound.
The office is located in Suite 200 inside the OMH Professional Medical Building at 829 N. Center Avenue in Gaylord, Michigan. The OMH Professional Medical Building is linked via an internal walkway to the main Hospital facility.
OMH Medical Group Obstetrics & Gynecology office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
