The OMH Internal Medicine office is located in Suite 140 inside the OMH Professional Medical Building at 829 N. Center Avenue in Gaylord, Michigan. The OMH Professional Medical Building is linked via an internal walkway to the main Hospital facility.
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For concerns after office hours, call (989) 731-2100, and ask for the on-call Internal Medicine physician.
OMH also offers integrative medicine services with Mary Seger, PhD, GNP. Her office is located inside the OMH Internal Medicine suite, and she can be contacted by calling that office number.
OMH Internal Medicine has been designated a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Patient Centered Medical Home for 2010. A Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is a trusting partnership between a doctor led health care team and an informed patient.
